Michelle Charochak joins David Gardiner and Associates as Project and Research Director, where she supports the Renewable Thermal Collaborative. Previously, she held a variety of leadership roles with the State of Rhode Island, advancing environmental and energy policy, regulatory modernization, organizational strategy, and cross-sector collaboration. She is passionate about bringing people together to solve complex challenges and turn ideas into action. A Pennsylvania native, Michelle earned a Master of Public Policy from the University of Virginia and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Energy Resource Management from West Virginia University.
